VOXL2 Setup

You're going to want to do this on linux

Flash VOXL2 Platform

Visit https://developer.modalai.com/asset, log in or create an account, select VOXL2 platform releases, and then select platform 1.2.0

VOXL2 platform releases

Download VOXL2 SDK 1.1.3

It should download a zipped file. Unzip that file, and go to it on your terminal and then cd into system-image

Next, we shall factory flash the platform

./flash-system-image.sh -f

This can take a while depending on how fast your computer is.

After the flash is successful, you will need to flash the voxl-suite. Go back to voxl-suite and run offline-install.sh

jnomikos@john:~/Downloads/voxl2_SDK_1.2.0/system-image$ cd ../voxl-suite
jnomikos@john:~/Downloads/voxl2_SDK_1.2.0/voxl-suite$ ./offline-install.sh

Reboot your VOXL2 and you should be ready to setup the IFT stuff.

Clone this repo here: https://github.com/AscendEngineering/IFT-voxl2-setup Run the setup script.

./setup.sh

After you run the setup script, the VOXL2 should be setup.
