ArduCopter 4.4: Param Changes Required for ILX MavCam to work with Survey
CAM1_TYPE: 5
CAM1_TRIGG_DIST: 0
Note:
CAM1_TYPE should be set to 5 (MAVLink), because ArduCopter 4.4 does not support MAVLinkCamV2 yet.
CAM1_TRIGG_DIST should be 0 because the survey already sets trigg_dist.
Changing CAM1_TYPE requires reboot of flight controller to take effect
