intelligentquads has developed an online simulation software that is SUPER useful for testing quick QGC/Companion computer software

  1. Sign up on Intelligenquad first and confirm your email: https://www.intelligentquads.com/dashboard

  2. Next you can start a simulation on Ardupilot, first start the simulation and then copy the ip address and port number underneath (in this example ip: 147.182.246.57 port: 32699)

  3. We need that Direct Connection section data which the first one is IP and and the next is the port you need to pass into QGC comms link setting under Application Settings:

  4. Finally, connect to the Comm Link you just made
